Darcie Miller, LCSW-R

As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Miller oversees and enhances the clinical and non-clinical programs and services of the organizations and plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high quality, evidence-based clinical care to meet the behavioral health needs of the community. Ms. Miller provides strategic leadership, leads a multidisciplinary team of clinical professionals and collaborates on the development, implementation and evaluation of all clinical programs and services. She has extensive experience in clinical and program oversight, formerly serving as the Commissioner of the Orange County Department of Mental Health and Department of Social Services. A member of the Hudson Valley Care Coalition Board, Ms. Miller earned her BS and MSW from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
