Héctor Cariño

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Cariño leads strategic initiatives related to organizational structure, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, cultural development, and other human resources operations. A seasoned and passionate professional, his experience includes working with a wide array of businesses and organizations, including philanthropic institutions. He earned his Business Administration and Management degree from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.
