Stacey Roberts, LCSW is the Chief Executive Officer of Greater Mental Health of New York, where she leads the organization’s strategic vision, operations, and community impact during a pivotal moment for behavioral health care. A licensed clinical social worker, Stacey brings more than 26 years of experience spanning direct services, clinical leadership, and executive management.
Before becoming CEO, Stacey served as Chief Operating Officer, giving her a deep understanding of how mission, operations, and sustainability intersect in community-based mental health organizations. She is widely respected for her integrity, transparency, and people-centered leadership, and for her unwavering commitment to reducing stigma and ensuring that individuals and families feel supported—not alone—throughout their mental health journeys.
Stacey currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the New York State Council for Community Health Care, is a member of Healthfirst’s Westchester Behavioral Health Advisory Board, and serves on the Westchester County Continuum of Care Board. She earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University and holds a postgraduate certificate in the treatment of interpersonal trauma from Fordham University.
