LINCS Services

Our services are intended to complement those of existing providers. We offer: 

  • Community Connections: LINCS provides connection to community resources, services, supports, and linkage to experienced professionals.
  • Peer Services: Peer Specialists, individuals with lived experience of mental health and substance use challenges, are paired with LINCS participants to offer support, understanding, advocacy, and navigation through the healthcare system.  
  • WHAM: Through Whole Health Action Management (WHAM), we facilitate self-management to reach health goals via one-on-one coaching and support groups.
  • Coaching: We provide guidance towards self-empowerment through recovery, wellness, and life coaching.
  • Rehabilitation Services: Through our Psycho-Social and Psychiatric Rehabilitation services, we help you develop goals and solutions to your unique life challenges and recovery goals.
