Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) helps individuals aged 18 and older learn and utilize coping skills and create and strengthen their community supports to avoid hospitalization or re‑hospitalization.

IOP care can be accessed five days a week for up to six weeks. The IOP team can also provide connections to other supports at MHA, including peer support, employment services, and CASACs. 

IOP may be a good fit if you are 18 years or older and at risk of hospitalization or re‑hospitalization.
