Patricia Plafta

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Patricia Plafta is the executive lead of the Human Resources Division at Greater Mental Health of New York. She leads the HR function and serves as a cross function partner to the CEO, Senior Leadership, and the Board of Directors. With nearly two decades of experience in progressive roles within Human Resources, Ms. Plafta has held multiple positions in the Public, Private and Non-Profit Sector supporting many individuals  in all aspects of the Employment Life Cycle.  A lifelong learner, Ms. Plafta holds undergraduate degrees from Rutgers University and Thomas Edison State University and is presently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources.
