Greater Mental Health Welcomes New Board Members Andy Bracco and Colin McGrath

Greater Mental Health of New York is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Andrew Bracco, MBA and Colin McGrath to its Board of Directors.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew and Colin to our Board of Directors, where their experience and passion will undoubtedly support and guide our agency as we continue to deliver life-changing and life-saving services across Westchester and Rockland counties,” said Greater Mental Health of New York CEO Stacey Roberts, LCSW. “As we approach the one-year anniversary of our merger and our re-branding as Greater Mental Health of New York, we remain stalwart in our dedication to promoting mental health and creating stronger, healthier communities.”

An Associate at Your Part-Time Controller, Andrew (Andy) Bracco is an experienced financial executive who began his professional career as a staff auditor with Ernst & Young, achieving licensure as a CPA before transitioning to the private industry as Assistant Controller for a large media firm. After receiving his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, he worked with Ford Motor Company and Priority Home Care before beginning his non-profit finance career with Planned Parenthood, where he served as CFO of a large NYC-area affiliate for 10 years. Bracco later served as Finance Director for the Medicare Certified Home Health Agency of the Montefiore Health System. In his current role at Your Part-Time Controller, Bracco acts as CFO for non-profit clients. “I’ve witnessed the challenges that can accompany treating serious mental health issues and the need to help people not just function but thrive in their communities,” said Bracco. “We are still facing a tremendous amount of stigma as it relates to mental health. I believe a rising tide lifts all boats, and philanthropic dollars are more important than ever. I look forward to supporting an infrastructure that brings the right solutions, to the right people, at the right time, and in the right place.”

Colin McGrath, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering, Security Services & Solutions at Mastercard in Purchase, New York, where he oversees a team dedicated to enhancing Mastercard’s fraud, cybersecurity, and risk solutions for various sectors. With a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and leading high-performing teams, McGrath has held various leadership roles at Mastercard, including Vice President of North America Cyber & Intelligence Solutions and Vice President of US Product Delivery. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island and a BS in Corporate Communication from Southern Connecticut State University. “Seeing firsthand the struggles that today’s youth are going through motivated me to action. We are witnessing a crisis in our youth in terms of sense of self, and when young people struggle, they struggle hard,” shared McGrath. “Access to professionals, tools, and strategies are critically needed, and I am passionate about creating effective solutions to ensure mental health care is more accessible to youth and their families. I am honored to join Greater Mental Health in their mission and work in this important endeavor.”
