Vicki Penino, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Penino is responsible for the overall financial management of Greater Mental Health of New York, ensuring programs remain fiscally sound while providing quality service to the community. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Penino holds a BA in Accounting from Hunter College. She began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick and has served as an Assistant Vice President at the Bank of New York. She went on to be the Controller of ESL Investments. While raising her children, she was the controller of the family law firm. First joining Greater Mental Health of New York as an Accounting Manager in 2008, Ms. Penino worked in progressive leadership positions as Director of Finance and Deputy CFO before being appointed Chief Financial Officer.
