He is Chief Operating Officer of NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health, a 250-bed psychiatric and addiction facility in White Plains, New York, and is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gracie Square Hospital, a 140-bed psychiatric hospital located on Manhattan\u2019s Upper East Side. In these dual roles, Dr. Wilner\u2019s work involves the provision of comprehensive and personalized behavioral health services across the entire diagnostic and socioeconomic spectrum at the highest levels of quality and patient experience.\r\n\r\nDr. Wilner also is Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine and Executive Vice Chair of the Department of Psychiatry. \u00a0Dr. Wilner joined the former New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center as a House Officer and was the recipient of a DeWitt Wallace Research Fellowship, conducting studies in the biological bases of psychiatric illness. Dr. Wilner obtained his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Columbia College, his medical degree from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University, and his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration and Policy from Zicklin Business School at Baruch College.
