Randy\u2019s thoughtful leadership will help guide us as we continue expanding access to behavioral healthcare across Westchester and Rockland.\u201d<\/strong>\r\n\r\nMr. Gonseth is a retired Ernst &amp; Young Partner with 36 years of accounting and consulting experience, specializing in the Banking &amp; Capital Markets and Asset Management sectors. Throughout his career, he led global teams on complex projects involving internal controls, regulatory compliance, risk management, and board reporting. Mr. Gonseth\u2019s career includes extensive international consulting work in major financial centers around the world, and he is widely recognized as a trusted advisor to Boards, C-Suite executives, and regulators.
