This initiative empowers youths facing mental health challenges, enabling them to remain within their schools and communities instead of opting for in-patient treatment.\r\n\r\nDuring the address, Gov. Kathy Hochul specifically highlighted Briana\u2019s impactful progress in youth mental health, stating that NYS is \u201c... building on the progress she\u2019s already made.\u201d Hochul\u2019s
