Ruthanne Becker, MA

As Chief Program Officer, Ms. Becker is responsible for executive oversight of rehabilitative, employment, residential, and adult care management programs, as well as PROS and the Sterling Community Center. With an extensive history at the agency, Ms. Becker has led an expanding portfolio of programs during her tenure.  Her professional interests have focused on the design, implementation, and evaluation of services and supports that promote self-determination, recovery, and community inclusion among individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Becker previously held leadership positions at Jawonio and The Yonkers Rehabilitation Center and received her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from New York University.
